Aldrich Place was restored by DeVries Development in Grand Rapids, and Grand River Builders was contracted to rebuild 170 feet of decorative cornice, 12 large cornice brackets, and 75 modillions. We also fabricated and installed the large copper bay window seen on the lower left. |
