Frank Lloyd Wright designed the Amberg House, which was built in 1910. Over the next ninety years, the deep overhangs sagged under the weight of the tile shingles and stucco soffits, and the copper gutters reached the end of their expected life. Grand River Builders was hired to repair the gutters and to reinforce the overhangs. This also included replacing the copper fascia, and all of the clay roof tiles. |
